Great location for exploring Rome's attractions easily.
The air conditioning in our room was extremely noisy, making it hard to sleep comfortably at night. Additionally, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor that lingered throughout our stay. Our requests for help regarding these issues were met with delays, which added to our frustration.

The suite with balcony provided a nice escape after exploring, allowing some fresh air and decent space to unwind. Natural light streamed in, creating a cozy atmosphere.
The elevator needs a rescue. it’s old, terrifyingly tiny, and failed on my visit. Climbing five floors with luggage was no joyride, and sound insulation was practically nonexistent. the walls seemed to amplify every movement and conversation from neighboring rooms. A cold shower was also a common occurrence—waiting over ten minutes for warm water isn’t ideal. With prices high during summer, it feels like a bit of a cash grab.
